This program demonstrates the use of ENTER and ANALYSIS to
           make a new .REC file and fill it with randomly generated
                                     data.

          ARTIFACT.PGM is an ANALYSIS program (.PGM file) to generate
                   data for the questionnaire ARTIFACT.REC.

            An empty data file is made by using ENTER to construct
            a new .REC file and then leaving ENTER without entering
                                   any data.


             When the questionnaire appears in ENTER, press <F10>.
